Delivery
- Free delivery on every order to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Orders usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. We email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
- Your order is sent straight from our supplier’s UK warehouse, so the parcel may carry their name rather than ours.
- If we cannot deliver to your address for free, we will tell you before anything is sent and refund you in full.
Returns: 30 days, free
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused for a full refund. The law gives you 14 days; we give you 30.
- Email us at autoscansoftware@gmail.com with your order number and the item you are returning.
- We send you a free prepaid return label, usually within one working day. Please do not post anything back before you have it, because returns go to our supplier’s warehouse, not to us.
- We refund you within 14 days of the item reaching the warehouse (or of you showing us proof of posting, if that is sooner), to the card you paid with.
Please send items back unused and, where you can, in their original packaging. If an item comes back used beyond what you would need to check it in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with a photo. We will arrange a free collection or return label and a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which our returns promise never reduces.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not been sent yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
